Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Fresh bok choi (spinach okay too)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (mix with a little water)
- SEASONINGS
- 3/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 TB light soy sauce
- Dash of accent
Instructions
- Bring chicken stock to boil
- Add seasonings
- Let boil for a couple minutes, add cornstarch
- Add scrambled eggs by pouring on back of spoon
- Stir softly and pour into bowls
