Ingredients
- 1 lb chopped beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Roll into small balls.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown meatballs on all sides.
- When brown, put into a 350 oven and cook through, about 10 minutes.
