Ingredients
- 6 med potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2c flour
- 1tsp salt
- pepper
- cooking oil
Instructions
- Wash potatoes (don't peel)
- Cut small enough to fit in food processor with shredder blade
- After shredding 2 pototoes, shred onion
- Add eggs, flour and seasoning
- Mix together
- Put in cheesecloth or towel and wring out the water
- Add oil to wok on high heat
- Make into patties and toss into oil
- Place cooked latkes on paper towel to soak up oil
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and/or apple sauce
