Ingredients
- 2T butter
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4c chopped onions
- 1T chopped chives
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2c water
- 2c cooked cut carrots
- 1t salt
- 1T lemon juice
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- dash pepper
- 1/2t worcestershire sauce
- 2c minute rice
- Durkees onions (no, I'm not kidding)
Instructions
- Melt butter in skillet, add tuna, onions and chives
- Cook for 3-5 minutes
- Stir in soup, water, carrots, seasonings and rice
- Cover and cook for 10+ minutes
- Add Durkee onions to top if desired
