Ingredients
- 2-1/2c northern white beans, rinsed
- 2 onions, sauteed
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tomato, diced or chopped
- 1/2t paprika
- 8+cups water
Instructions
- Wash and soak beans
- Saute onions and garlic until soft
- Add chopped tomatoes and seasoning
- Rinse beans and add to onions
- Add water
- Boil for 1-2 hours
